What is your return policy?

To purchase any item from our site, simply click on the "BUY NOW" button. Your chosen item will be added to your shopping basket, and the shopping basket icon will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, indicating the number of items in your basket. From your shopping basket, you can modify quantities or remove items. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Is Delivery Free of Charge?

Yes, we offer free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes. Delivery times vary based on the product type and postcode. Remote or rural area deliveries may have an additional charge and a longer lead time of 2-3 weeks.

How Long Will The Delivery Take?

Delivery times range from 2-3 working days for smaller standard items like lights, bedroom cabinets, and accessories, to 2-7 working days for larger items such as bed frames, furniture, and rugs.

Will I Be Contacted Before Delivery?

For bed frames, furniture, and rugs, we will contact you via text and email to confirm a proposed delivery date. You will receive updates and a 4-hour estimated time slot on the day of delivery.

Is the Item I Want in Stock?

Items visible on our website are available to order. Our stock levels are usually accurate, but in case of any discrepancies, we'll promptly inform you and discuss options.
