This Shipping Policy by Ozra explains everything about our delivery services, answering any questions you may have about the process of the arrival of your order.


Where We Deliver


Ozra delivers extensively across the UK. Standard delivery is free of charge for most locations. However, there are several postcodes where a delivery fee will be automatically incurred. Please note that we do not deliver to some offshore areas.


Where We Don’t Deliver
Ozra does not currently have delivery options available for areas outside the UK. However, we can deliver the product to a shipping company, or the customer can arrange for a shipping company to collect it from us.


Chargeable Postcodes
Our couriers charge an extra fee for the following postcodes due to their geographical location. This fee is paid at checkout. We have done our very best to get around this charge where possible, but unfortunately, we cannot find a service that will deliver at standard rates to some locations.


Delivery Services and Times
What Delivery Times and Services We Offer Free one-person UK wide delivery from Monday to Friday on most products (excluding chargeable postcodes). Weekend delivery is available on a Saturday only between 10 am to 4 pm.For the majority of the UK, we will always offer a free delivery option; however, some postcodes incur an extra fee due to the charges incurred by our courier companies. Please check our list of chargeable postcodes to see if your postcode incurs an additional delivery charge. Please note that we don’t offer delivery on bank holidays or public holidays.
Our delivery dates can differ slightly around Christmas and other occasions.


Delivery Charge and Service Overview
Some delivery options are only available for specific items and are postcode dependent. Please note delivery services vary depending on location. Please use the delivery checker at checkout to check the services available for your area. Please note that some postcodes in the UK aren’t applicable for free postage due to our carrier fees, so please look at our chargeable postcodes before completing your order. Please note delivery times can vary between the hours of 10 am- 6 pm - in some instances, you
may receive a 2-hour delivery window, although this is not always guaranteed.

Delivery Services
You will be given all the available delivery options for your chosen product and your location at the checkout stage. This may include a 1-man delivery service, or you may have the option for a 2-man delivery service. It will also show the associated costs.


Booking a Monday to Saturday
You may be offered a specific day for delivery with certain items, depending on your location, or a 'window' of days. This is displayed for you at checkout. Delivery will be arranged by the courier at least 24 hours before delivery. This is a one-person delivery service and will be delivered to the ground floor of your property. The driver is not insured to enter the premises. Please note that deliveries take place Monday to Saturday and not on Sunday or during bank holidays.


Saturday Delivery
Depending on your location and the product, we can offer a Saturday delivery between 10 am to 4 pm.
Please note that the weekend delivery option is unavailable for bank or public holidays.


One-Person Delivery
With our free Tuesday-Friday delivery slot, you will automatically receive a one-person delivery service.
One-person delivery may also apply to some paid deliveries unless explicitly stated otherwise. With one-
person delivery, your item is delivered to the ground floor of your property.


Please note: the delivery driver is not insured to enter the premises and cannot help you carry your product up any stairs or deliver the product to an upper floor room. If you live in an apartment not located on the ground floor and cannot carry the item to your property yourself, we recommend you book a two-person delivery service, which does incur an extra charge. However, there is a restriction on how many floors we can scale. If there is a lift to the upper floors, bringing your items up is at the
driver’s discretion.


Two-Person Delivery
Our two-person room of choice delivery enables your item to be delivered to an upper floor room of
your choice. The two-person delivery option incurs an extra charge and is subject to the item being
ordered and your delivery postcode. Delivery will only be attempted to the second floor or lower, and if a lift is available, customers should ensure items will fit before attempting receipt. Please find our delivery charge and services overview for
details on two-person delivery charges.

Return and Refund Policy
  • If you ordered the wrong product, decide that you don't want the product any longer, or are not satisfied with your product, report this in writing to Ozra within 15 days from the date of delivery. You will then need to ensure that we receive the product back within 15 days from the date we authorized the return; you will be given the option to return the product for a refund.

  • These products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and must not have been assembled. You must not have used products to be eligible for return without manufacturing faults. You must ensure that the products are undamaged.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the product (including all boxes with parts, if applicable) will fit through all stairs, passages, and doors, etc., until it reaches the desired room in your house. Also, ensure enough space for the (assembled) product to fit in that room. Check our Measuring Guide and the dimensions on the product pages for more information.
  • If the product doesn't fit, be that either the delivery drivers or yourselves unable to get the items to your room of choice, you will be responsible for the return and any associated costs this will incur. This includes the charge applied for failed delivery if you refuse the delivery.
  • Please note that the delivery drivers in a 2-Man Delivery will attempt to deliver to your room of choice; however, if they are concerned about potentially damaging your property or any objects that are obstructing their way, then they can refuse to complete the delivery and instead leave the goods in the hallway, or anywhere they can safely leave the items. There will be no delivery fees refunded in the case of this instance.
  • You are responsible for returning the products to us. To return the products first, contact us to clarify any details. After which, you can use a courier of your own; the option to self-return your items will only be available within 15 working days.

  • Refunds - A refund will be issued only after the product is received in our warehouse undamaged. If the return or cancellation request has not resulted from one of our courier’s mistakes regarding the order, the original shipping charges paid as part of the order (if any) are not refundable.
  • We will endeavor to make sure refunds are issued as soon as possible. Please note that it can take 14 working days for your refund to be processed, depending on when your items are received by Ozra.
  • All time frames and other Terms & Conditions mentioned in Section 10 are per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    Delivery times range from 2-3 working days for smaller standard items like lights, bedroom cabinets, and accessories, to 2-7 working days for larger items such as bed frames, furniture, and rugs.

    Will I Be Contacted Before Delivery?

    For bed frames, furniture, and rugs, we will contact you via text and email to confirm a proposed delivery date. You will receive updates and a 4-hour estimated time slot on the day of delivery.

    Is the Item I Want in Stock?

    Items visible on our website are available to order. Our stock levels are usually accurate, but in case of any discrepancies, we'll promptly inform you and discuss options.

    Are The Products on Guarantee?

    Yes, we provide a guarantee covering structural defects and manufacturing faults. Guarantee duration is specified under the Key Info section on each product page.

    Are Your Products Made to Order?

    Yes, almost every product we offer is made to order in the UK, allowing for a wide range of configurations to suit your preferences.

    Can I Request Custom Sizes?

    Absolutely, since most items are made to order, you can request custom sizes to ensure a perfect fit for your requirements.

    Can I Cancel My Order?

    Cancellation is possible until your order is placed into production. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover incurred costs.

    What is The Refund Processing Time?

    If eligible, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, with funds reaching your account in 3- 7 working days.
